I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, providing great recommendations and discounted bus tour tickets. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and within walking distance of popular attractions like Lombard Street, Ghirardelli Square, and Fisherman's Wharf. The neighborhood felt safe to walk around, even at night. The room was spacious and clean, complete with a microwave and refrigerator. And the best part? Free parking was included, which saved me money and made exploring this city even more convenient.

The hotel's location was fantastic, within walking distance to major SF landmarks and public transportation stops. It was also conveniently close to restaurants, cafes, bars, and cheese/wine shops on Polk Street, as well as Fisherman's Wharf. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The parking facility was a bonus, and the hotel facilities, including the recently renovated bathroom and comfortable bed, were impressive.
